The season of togetherness, goodness and patience is here again to celebrate. For Ramadhan buka puasa buffet 2015, choose Eccucino at Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur for a lavish spread of local and international delights.
Themed “Balik Kampung Fiesta”, the buffet maps out a synthesis of local delights. Bright flavours are prepared and characterize traditional favourites, employing fresh produce complimented by a galaxy of fragrant herbs and spices. Chefs are also going to great lengths to endure that their authentic recipes will be every bit as satisfying as the home-cooked dishes from their states of origin.
Available from 18 June 2015 till 15 July 2015, Eccucino Prince Hotel KL Ramadhan buffet runs from 6.30PM till 9.30PM daily, and priced at RM137.60 per adult, 50% off for children aged 12 years old and below. Children below 6 years old eat complimentary with every paying adult. Sahur menus are served from 4.30AM to 5.30AM daily, priced at RM56 per adult. “This year, we greatly emphasize on food authenticity in our buffet preparation,” said Chef Donald Pezar, the Executive Chef of Prince Hotel KL. “We are bringing the dining experience just like what you would experience with mum’s cooking back home and our diners can savor numerous types of ethnic dishes.”
Begin with appetizer like rojak buah, kerabu daging kacang botol, kerabu lautan, kerabu ayam panggang, kerabu telor goreng, acar mentah and ulam-ulaman. Continue to warm up the tummy with a bowl of flavourful, nourishing soup kambing.
For mains, deep fried sea bass with red guava salad, braised beef with local spice, roasted chicken with honey and sesame, oxtail cooked with dried chilli and tamarind gravy, kambing vindaloo and udang masak tempoyak petai are some of the highlights from the buffet.
Do not miss Whole Roasted Lamb with Nasi Mandy Arab from live carving station.
Grilled seafood such as prawns, squid and fish are worth checking out too, served with air asam, sambal kicap, cili potong with soy sauce. Add a stick or two of beef/chicken satay for more grilled food pleasure.
Buka puasa is incomplete with lemang, lemang pulut hitam and ketupat. Eccucino Prince Hotel KL serves generous tray of this to satisfy your craving.
Laksa Utara and Laksa Johore from noodle station are good, with different toppings that you can add according to your liking.
Save some room for dessert. French pastries, variety of Malay kueh, bubur pulut hitam, bubur kacang hijau durian, ABC and cendol shaved ice, tapai ubi and tapai pulut, biscuits all beautifully lined up in the dessert counter for you to indulge in.
