For almost a decade, Skillet KL has been redefining Modern European cuisine in the city. Headed by Sous Chef Eric, dishes here are shaped by the ebb and flow of the seasons – creativity, tradition, and subtle surprises that only a thoughtful menu can bring.
They shifted to Menara Hap Seng recently, welcoming diners with a brand new dining space, which also features a wine cellar brimming with finely selected wine and a chic lounge for pre- or post-dinner drinks. P/S: cocktails here are amazing, don’t miss out.
As you make your way to the main dining hall, you’ll walk past a stunning arrangement of dried flowers. These aren’t just decorative – they represent the seasons, just like Skillet’s menu, which evolves throughout the year to showcase freshest, quality seasonal ingredients. They’ve earned a spot as a Michelin Selected Restaurant for 2025 – its second consecutive nod. We made our third visit to Skillet KL, to try their Autumn/Winter Lunch Menu.
Longan Bread & Baurre Noisette
This bread, created during the MCO four years ago, has become a fan favorite. Freshly baked and served warm, it’s thin and crisp on the outside yet soft and fluffy inside. Enjoy on its own, or go with browned butter.

Autumn/ Winter 2024 Edition
While we love Skillet’s Sticky Toffee Pudding, switching to this “limited edition” Autumn/Winter 2024 Edition Dessert proves to be a worthy upgrade. Great combination of fig leaves with dark chocolate.
Priced at RM169 for three courses or RM198 for four, the menu is a celebration of the season. Pair it with wine (2 glasses for RM88 or 3 for RM108), and you have an experience that feels indulgent yet effortless.
To us, Skillet KL is not mainstream dining, and it’s not trying to be. When will you step into their story?
