The indulgence starts with an exquisite beginnings at Astor Bar. We can choose an alocholic or non-alcoholic drinks and canapés platter. Love these exquisite morsels with creative combination. Especially enjoy the Foie Gras Terrine with Pear Chutney. Highly suggest y’all to come by earlier and savour these beautiful little treats slowly.

Moving into The Brasserie, we were greeted by a stunning display of premium seafood on ice. Boston Lobster, Oysters, Tiger Prawns, Mud Crab, Alaskan Crab, and Sabah Lobster . For extra touch of luxury, we get to DIY mini pancakes with caviar and fish roe topping, putting luscious, classic ingredients to new heights of indulgence.
The brunch continues with innovative twists at the egg station. Poached Eggs adorned with Lumpo Caviar Truffle Hollandaise; and Scrambled Eggs with Chive & Smoked Potato Espuma showcase the chef’s expertise in combining flavors and textures, both finished with delicate shavings of truffle.
While the concept of semi-buffet ensures a variety of delights where guests can help themselves to a tempting array of seafood, appetizers, cheeses, and freshly baked breads, the true highlight comes when chef visits each table with Carving Trolleys laden with main courses – thoughtfully prepared by The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur’s team of Michelin-selected chefs..

The brunch offers 2 types of package – alcoholic and non-alcoholic package. You can upgrade to the alcoholic option and sparkling wine, red wine, white wine, beer. Gin trolley will go around the dining hall. So you can have a glass or two in ala-carte. Cocktails like Asam Boi Mary, Margarita on the Rocks, Espresso Martini, Yuzu Gin & Tonic are great beverage to pair with your food! For non-alcoholic, we get to have Mango Passion Smoothie, Mixed Berries Smoothie, Banana Smoothie, Cranbery Juice, Pineapple Juice, Mango Juice, Orange Juice.
