Starting from the first day of Ramadan to 21 April 2023, treat your friends and loved ones to rewarding “Buka Puasa” dining pleasure at Lemon Garden with a lavish Sajian Istimewa Buffet spread inspired by our Malaysian heritage and delicacies. Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur’s team of culinary experts led by Chef Mohamad Safe Adin, have curated an array of delicious dishes, using carefully selected ingredients and spices.
The buffet will feature a wide range of traditional Malay, Middle Eastern, and international dishes, including appetizers, mains, and desserts. Staple dishes such as Kari Kepala Ikan, Daging Rendang Minang, Ikan Lidah Masak Tomato, Kambing Masak Kurma, Ayam Masak Chili Padi, Sambal Udang, Rendang Daging, Satay, Udang masak Petai, Ekor masak Assam Pedas, Gulai Kawah Tulang Rawan, Kambing Panggang Berempah, Gulai Ikan Sembilang, Sayur Paprik, are a must-try for those looking to experience the flavours of Malaysia.

The open warung also adds an interactive element, allowing guests to interact with the chefs and ask questions about the dishes being served.
