This year, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur introduces Grand Spice Bazaar at Grand Ballroom – a unique buffet spread of authentic local dishes, with a highlights of Turkish-Middle Eastern cuisine cuisine by a guest chef from Istanbul. Among the must-try are kunefe – a treat made of sweet pastry and cheese, Turkish coffee and legendary Turkish ice cream.
Coming to life is a themed setting that centers on Turkish and Middle Eastern chic, entails a sumptuous Ramadhan buffet with over 90 authentic local dishes, along with famous Turkish cuisine, for a new buka puasa dining experience. The buffet will be accompanied by a curated souk featuring selected local brands and vendors, and grand inclusions of live performances, a dedicated kids’ corner, and daily Lucky Draw prizes—enabling casual groups of leisure and business guests to experience a bazaar of food, retail and entertainment in one place.
