In conjunction with Merdeka and Malaysia Day celebrations, Santan is collaborating with local ice-cream artisan, Crème De La Crème (CDLC) for a limited-time only flavours – Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak ice-cream and Pandan Dodol ice-cream.
Proudly made by Malaysians for Malaysians, the Nasi Lemak ice-cream takes Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak sambal – Santan’s top selling meal to the next level as dessert, seeking to replicate signature taste profile of this all-time favourite by incorporating the same flavourful, aromatic chilli paste into luxurious, creamy coconut-based ice cream, finished with crunchy ikan bilis and peanuts. Interesting concoction, with a balanced sweet & savoury flavour.
For Pandan Dodol ice-cream, it evokes a sense of nostalgia with traditional dodol churned into a rich, creamy coconut ice cream, swirled with freshly toasted coconut flakes adding both aroma and texture to the delicious sweet treat.
Priced affordably at RM8.80, both come in a single-serve cup and are available exclusively at Santan Mid Valley and Sunway Pyramid outlets, or enjoy them in scoops at Crème De La Crème’s Uptown Damansara and Mont Kiara outlets.
