Element Fresh, Pavilion Bukit Bintang KL – the award-winning, trend-setter for tasty nutritious dining from Shanghai, China is now in Malaysia. Enjoy their unique warm 100% fresh fruits & vegetable juices; popular salad; and hearty yet healthy main course.

Established in 2002 in Shanghai, Element Fresh specializes in healthy, American-inspired delicacies prepared using high quality, fresh ingredients. From a humble establishment to having close to 40 outlets in China and still growing, we believe that this restaurant definitely doesn’t go famous for no reason.

Hence we are so excited when Element Fresh has finally opened in Malaysia, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur – Pavilion Bukit Bintang. Is time to say YES to “eating right” the easy way without compromising great taste, freshness and nutrition at this award-winning restaurant!

Spacious, stylish, modernly designed dining space. Worth visiting for the -gram and food.

Expect to have something for everyone from the extensive menu. From wholesome salad to tummy-warming soup, brunch favorite, steak, pasta, sandwiches, as well as hard-to-go-wrong Asian comfort food. On the more thoughtful side, we like that they do crafted a special menu to cater for vegetarian diners.

Chicken Tacos Diablo RM12/pc; RM23/2pcs
Start light with this Chicken Tacos Diablo – crispy tacos encased with chicken thigh dressed in chipotle bbq sauce, grilled pineapple, pickled carrot and chimichurri ranch. Flavourful, tangy traditional Mexican dish with Vietnamese take to us.

Thai Inspired Salad RM42
A large bowl of salad might not be something that we would have everyday, but in Element Fresh, you gotta give it a try. They are colourful, nutritious, with lovely mix & match of various ingredients for a myriad of textures and flavours.

Opt on Classic Grilled Salmon Salad, Thai Inspired Salad, Element Fresh Classic Cobb Salad with Beef Bacaon, Chiptotle Chicken Chopped Salad, Asparagus & Romaine Salad, Moroccan Spiced Chicken with Bulgar Wheat, The Garden Grill Salad, Assorted Seafood & Avocado Salad or Hawaiian Tuna Poke Salad.

The Egg Benedict RM30
Breakfast and brunch options are interesting, beyond your usual Big Breakfast. Had a hard time deciding whether we should have Breakfast Burrito with Beef Bacon, Whole Grain & Rice Congee or Egg Benedict. Went for Egg Benedict in the end. No regret. So good.

Toasted whole wheat bread with smoked salmon, hash brown, and poached egg, finished with home-made hollandaise sauce. Side with refreshing watercress salad & tomato.

Seafood Trio RM46
Seafood Trio, our personal recommendation. A hearty portion of pasta, with mussels, salmon and shrimp sauteed in garlic and olive oil with white wine, further tossed in fennel, white mushroom, tomato and a touch of chili flake and Italian pasrsley to enhance to overall flavours. Do check out their Portobello Mushroom & Red Pepper Sauce, Italian Penne Pasta with Beef Ragu, and King Prawn Pasta too.

Black Pepper Chicken RM28
If you can’t skip rice or noodles, Element Fresh Asian-inspired selection fits you right. Tuck into freshly prepared Mixed Seafood & Vegetables, Seafood Laksa in coconut-curry broth, Black Pepper Chicken, Fiery Fillet, Australian Beef Stir-Fry with Spicy Chili, and Assorted Mushroom in Abalone Sauce. Black Pepper Chicken is our top pick – Generous chunks of chicken, coated in flavourful sauce. And it is boneless!

If you visit for dinner, Element Fresh opens up to a wider menu from 5PM onwards, serving Grilled Australian Beef Fillet, Herb & Balsamic Australian Ribeye, Oven Roasted Codfish, Spanich Seafood Paella, Moroccan Mixed Grill and more.

Warm Bread Pudding RM21

End our meal sweet with Warm Bread Pudding  – butter challah bread with dried cranberry and white chocolate, raspberry sauce, caramel and vanilla ice cream…

DSCF2731

…and Homemade Rice Pudding RM18 that taste so much better than we thought of! Smooth and creamy yogurt, blending well with layers of coconut cream, honey oat and red berry compote. Healthy treat that deserves a place in the breakfast section. Only if we could recreate this at home. Lol.

As Element Fresh adhere strongly to their philosophy, you get really fresh, natural juices here – all  made using 100% pure fresh fruits and vegetables without added sugar and ice.  Must-try : Green Slim – Grapefruit, apple, cucumber, orange, ginger, kale and spinach ; Green Monster– Cucumber, apple, lemon, spirulina and honey. Staffs did recommended us their signature Warm Fresh Juices, a unique warm fruits and vegetables juices, specially heated in order to retain their original nutrition and goodness. Will come back for this.

Initially, feeling bad that we couldn’t  visit the original Element Fresh as our Shanghai trip earlier this year was cancelled, but glad that Element Fresh Malaysia bring all their good food here. And it doesn’t disappoint! In case you can’t decide what to eat when in Pavilion KL. Head straight to Element Fresh, be it brunch, lunch or dinner. The restaurant is located at Pavilion Connection, same row with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
