Other than this, Strawberry and Macadamia Nuts Yee Sang, Crispy Fish Skin and Salted Egg Yolk Soft Shell Crab Yee Sang, Norwegian Salmon Yee Sang with Passion fruit Sauce and Traditional Norwegian Salmon Yee Sang are among the highlights too. Our favourite goes to Braised Tomato Puree Soup with Seafood, Vegetarian Fins, and Crushed Almond, Steamed Moontail Grouper with Green Lime and Garlic Chilli Sauce and Eight Treasure Salted Baked Chicken Chef Lam Style.
Braised Tomato Puree Soup is especially memorable, replacing the usual Doubled Boiled Soup or Thick Eggy Soup with Western-style inspired tomato soup that is healthy, clean in taste. Interesting, an idea that deserves loud applause for CNY dish.
