Feast on a delicious spread of Japanese delight right in the city of Kuala Lumpur! Available every Friday from 6.30PM to 10.30PM, Enju Japanese Restaurant, Pullman KLCC Hotel Japanese Buffet dinner will set to delight your taste buds with sashimi, sushi, teppanyaki and beyond.
Begin with appetizer like Potato Salad, Edamame (Boiled Green Soybean with Salt), Chuka Kurage (Seasoned Jellyfish), Chuka Wakame (Vinaigrette Seaweed), Chuka Hotate (Vinaigrette Scallop Lips).
Sushi, California Maki and our top favourite – sashimi!
Teppanyaki, main highlight in Pullman KLCC Japanese buffet other than their fresh sashimi.
Pile your plates with prawns, Shake Harasu (Salmon Belly), Tori Teppanyaki (Pan-fried Chicken with Butter & Soy Sauce), Gyuniku Teppanyaki (Pan-Fried Beef with Butter & Soy Sauce), Yasai Itame (Pan-Fried Mix Vegetables) or Konnyaku (Japanese Konjac Potatoes), then hand over to staff behind the counter.
Chef will cook ala-minute and send to your table once ready. Our favourite? Beef Teppanyaki and Prawns!
In addition to that, diners can enjoy an array of Japanese hot food, ranging from Yaki Soba (Fried Buckwheat Noodle), Niniku Yaki Meshi (Garlic Fried Rice), Kani Furai (Breaded Crab Stick), Sanma Shioyaki (Grilled Mackerel Pike with Salt), Kani Furai (Breaded Crab Stick), Yasai Kakiage (Deep Fried Mix Vegetables) and Ebi Tempura (Deep Fried Prawn with Batter).
Not to forget, tummy warming Miso Shiru (Miso Bean Paste Soup) with condiments including seaweed, tofu, spring onions; and oden (one pot soup dish) and Chawanmushi (Steamed Egg Custard)
Save room for desserts too! Sweet indulgence into Mochi Moriawase (Japanese Mochi), Matcha Ice Cream, Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Ice Cream, Kudamono and Dorayaki.
Overall, a nice experience on Japanese Eat-all-you-can. Selections aren’t extensive but good in quality. Also, you can request for private room if you dine in large group. Enju Pullman KLCC has 3 private dining rooms that can accommodate a capacity of up to 10 diners for business lunches, private gathering or celebrations.
Vegetarian options are also available. Menu is pork-free.
