For Chinese station, apart from the classic Braised Eggplant with Mushroom, Kung Pao Chicken, Wok Tossed Vegetables, it is made more noteworthy with fiery hot Szechuan style food including Mapo Tofu with Ground Chicken, Boiled Fish Shui Zhu Style, Hot and Sour Szechuan Soup, Spicy Szechuan Prawn Noodle Bowl, Szechuan Fried Rice, Szechuan Beef Stir Fry with Sesame, Fried Egg with Crabmeat and Szechuan Oil and Whole Fried Szechuan Fish.
Personally, we like the Spicy Szechuan Prawn Noodle Bowl. It is extra spicy and pack a punch – the reason that made us get hook with it. Not for the faint-hearted though.
