We are delighted and honoured to be invited by Tai Thong to sample some of their signature CNY dishes. Started with Fruit Yee Sang – a platter of carefully selected ruby-red pomegranate, juicy dragon fruit, tbangy mandarin orange and floral-sweet rose apple. Healthy but doesn’t fall short of flavours. Plenty of colours, texture and very refreshing, etter after drizzled with Tai Thong special homemade sauce.
You can either keep it fruity and meatless, or add-on Salmon & Smoked Duck, Australian 5-head Sliced Abalone, Jelly Fish. Toss to prosperity, for a better, more blissful year!

Potful of goodness in Tai Thong famous Opulent Poon Choi. Sea cucumber, dried scallop, fish maw, dried oyster, sea prawn, straw mushroom, roast duck, braised pork knuckle, vegetarian goose, fresh beancurd stick, button mushroom, taro, radish, broccoli, fatt choy – stacked up beautifully, layer by layer, further dressed with Tai Thong secret abalone oyster sauce to enhance the overall flavours.
Taro, radish and vegetables hidden beneath are always our top pick. Braised till soft, fully absorb with sweetness and essence of the gravy for flavourful bites.

The double-boiled Buddha Jump Over the Wall from the Golden Auspicious Set. Nourishing soup loaded with mushroom, dried scallop, herbs and abalone. Just right to warm up the tummy before we proceed to main course.
Cheesy Baked Giant Prawn 芝士焗烤金龍
Our top favourite! Giant prawn, halved and generously laid with cheese, baked to golden brown to result in rich, creamy and cheesy topping that pairs really well with fresh, meaty and bouncy prawn. Delicious.
Hua Tiao Egg White Steamed Alaskan King Crab 蛋白花雕蒸阿拉斯加皇帝蟹
A dish that put us in “WOW” . Hearty portion of Alaskan King Crab, steamed together with egg white and Hua Diao wine. Simple combination, no heavy sauces and flavouring so that you get to savour the natural sweetness of this premium seafood delight.
Alaskan King Crab is priced at RM988 for ala-carte. Classic is always the best when comes to Chinese comfort food. Says, Claypot Sausage Rice in Hong Kong style, one of our must-have during Chinese New Year. Rice cooked in claypot, slowly taking up beautiful flavours of duck liver sausage and Chinese sausage, finally finished off with swirls of dark soy sauce. Last but not least, we tried this Premium Belgian Chocolate infused in Nitrogen! Popped in morsels of freshly made chocolate into our mouth, had fun getting thick fog released from our mouth and nose as we exhaled while eating. Nice experience!
