Even though Porco is an independent, local born brand but this doesn’t mean that they compromise the delicious taste of a Macau Pork Chop Bun! The head chef, Chef Yoke, who used to work in Guangzhou, frequent to Macau very often.

Menu here is pretty simple. Marinated pork chop taking the center stage, the main star and proteins. Served with baguatte bread, rice or noodles. Price from RM13.90 to RM14.90. Make it into a set by adding a glass of Macau Milk Tea, and the price will be RM15.90 to RM17.90.
Our must-order is none other but this Macau Pork Chop Bun. Thick, juicy, flavourful pork chops with a little caramelized edges, sandwiched within crusty outside, chewy within halved baguatte bun. Every piece of pork chop in Porco is painstakingly pounded with mallet, tenderizing and flattening the meat to give it a better absorption later when marinated with rice wine, brandy, spices and other secret ingredients. The marination takes about a day. Laborious and time-consuming but it is all worth for the team when seeing happily tuck into their lovely pork chop.

Never expect the noodles are so good too. Handmade noodles using duck egg, springy, coated with “gon lou” dark coloured sauce.
Macau Curry Fish Ball 澳門咖喱魚蛋 RM6.90
Just a simple side dishes but. Prepared from scratch using onion, garlic, curry powder and many other spices to result in thick, robust flavour curry with beautiful orange-red broth. Manageable spiciness with hints of sweetness, great not only with these huge, bouncy fish balls, perfect to douse the rice with it too!
Macau Milk Tea 澳門奶茶 RM5.90
Wash down with a glass of Macau Milk Tea, Macau Ice Lemon Tea, Honey Lemon Tea. Smooth and easy to drink, a switch from creamy rich milk tea because Porco uses evaporated creamer instead. Try all today!
