Hatten Hotel Melaka – Finally have time to blog about our staycation in this hotel. Strategically located in the town centre area, Hatten Hotel is surrounded by plenty of eateries, within walking distance to many tourist destinations and directly linked to Dataran Pahlawan – a major shopping mall in Melaka. Almost the perfect place to stay in Melaka, not the mention the warmth service, affordable price, spacious and clean room.
We initially thought of booking a hostel in Jonker Street to get around easily by foot but since it was a weekend, we didn’t want to end up with the hassle of finding parking or paying expensive fees in designated carpark. We were glad that we had chosen Hatten instead. Free parking in Hatten Square for hotel guests, and the building have few levels of parkings to accommodate.
Check-in time is 3PM. Got our room key and couldn’t wait to see how our Junior Suite Room looked like. Glad that it was so nice! 33 square meters one-bedroom suite with fully carpeted floor, king size bed and a mini separated living area complete with sofa and LCD televisions.

Pulled open the curtains, we were welcome with great city view, 18 floors above the ground.
Inspired by the warmth of home-living, each room in Hatten Hotel is modernly designed, comfortable in all aspect to make you feels like home. LCD televisions, free internet access, in room safe, mini bar, coffee & tea making facilities, complimentary mineral water and work desk are readily available.

Bathroom is huge, separated into dry and wet area. Towels, shampoo, bath gel, lotion, toothbrush and other essentials are provided. Seriously love the large mirror spanning the wall. Haha.
Besides Deluxe Suite, Hatten Hotel also offers larger room selection including Deluxe Suite (37 sqr meters), Hatten Suite (74 sqr meters), and Hatten Premier Suite (98 sqr meters). There are total of 704 rooms but can be easily fully booked especialy during peak season and weekends. So it is highly suggested to make your reservation earlier when staying here.
Spend some time at Hatten Hotel Splash infinite pool, and enjoy beautiful view of sunset during evening.
Pampering yourself with good food when in Melaka is must-do but if you feel that you are eating too much and need to workout to burn up some calories, visit Gym on 12.

Overall, our stay in Hatten Hotel had been satisfying. Room is clean and modern; staffs are polite, all of them greeted us when they saw us at the corridor. Felt so blessed. The next time you in Melaka, it is highly recommended to have Hatten Hotel as one of your accommodation consideration.
