Wok Fried Prawns “Bei Fong Tong” Style 嘻哈大笑 (避風塘明蝦)
Among all, our favourite goes to wok-fried Bei Fong Tong prawn, a type of popular cooking style in Hong Kong, which is widely use in crab. In Lai Ching Yuen, chef re-created this method by adding toasted almond flakes asides from the liberal amount of garlic and chilli, resulting in really aromatic flavour that goes well with their special CNY tea-infused cocktail.
Roasted Crispy Chicken “Pi Pa” Style with Prawn Crackers 心想事成 (琵琶燒雞拼蝦餅)
Chicken, must have to commemorate the year of Rooster. Our set menu is served with roasted crispy chicken “pi pa” style, sided with prawn crackers. Chicken skin is crispy as the name tells and needless to say, meat is tender, dressed in a bed of flavourful gravy.
Stir Fried Hong Kon Kailan topped with Enoki Mushroom 富貴榮華 (炸金針菇扒港介蘭)
A vegetable that can easily becoming the favourite for young and old, thanks to the crunchy, addictive deep fried enoki mushroom topping over the Hong Kong kailan.

Dessert ends well with doubled boiled white fungus with longan and sea cucumber – a nourishing chilled sweet soup that helped to balanced up the saltiness from main courses.
