We had the pleasure to join the Malam Warisan Melayu Buffet at The Reading Room, Level 2 of the hotel, for a captivating journey across the 14 states of Malaysia. Expect an array of heartwarming localised dishes to enjoy with your loved ones, expertly curated by Executive Sous Chef Azizi Taslim and his team of talented chefs. Each dish is renowned for the unique traditions cherished by Malaysians for decades.
The Malam Warisan Melayu Buffet menu will be on rotation, offering guests the opportunity to indulge in a diverse array of buffet spreads. Some of the highlights include:

Perlis Roasted Grated Coconut with Banana Flower, Johor “Otak-otak” with Pickled Mangoes,Terengganu “Satar” Stuffed Bean Curd with Java Tea, Melaka Sweet & Spicy Beef Terrine with Roasted Grated Coconut & Passionfruit Dressing, Kelantan Smoked Duck Breast with Torch Ginger Flower, Bird’s Eye Chili, King’s Salad & Starfruit, Perak Smoked Chicken Rolls with Rose Apple & Sweet Potato Shoots, Selangor Fresh Tiger Prawns with Wild Pepper Leaves, Lemongrass & Passionfruit – A feast to both the eyes and tummy.
