Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur takes great pleasure in unveiling exclusive Sajian Istimewa offerings, presenting breaking-fast buffet at the evergreen Lemon Garden alongside gifts from Lemon Garden 2Go. From 12 March to 9 April 2024,experience the enchanting melodies of the traditional Ghazal Quartet performance daily at the main lobby from 6:45pm to 9:00pm.

Lemon Garden-Sajian Istimewa Buffet
At Lemon Garden, the talented Chef Mohammad Safee and his team have skillfully assembled over 300 lavish dishes featuring the best of authentic Malaysian favorites, Asian delicacies, international cuisines, and Middle Eastern classics. Throughout the holy month, diners can enjoy the Sajian Istimewa Buffet after sundown, feasting and breaking fast with family and friends over a selection of seafood and international delicacies, alongside traditional, signature Malay cuisine.
The dining experience is heightened by an inviting atmosphere, featuring well-placed buffet counters, live cooking stations surrounding the serene Koi Pond, and a dessert pavilion brimming with delectable treats.
Savoury delights from various states tantalize the palate, including the rich flavours of Daging Rendang Tok, the aromatic spices of Ikan Singang, Udang Masak Sambal Petai, the tangy zest of Asam Pedas, the smoky allure of Ayam Masak Daging Salai and the renowned signature dish, a succulent Kambing Pangang. Also, Kambing Bamia, Ikan Percik, Satay, Beef Soup, Sup Ekor Lembu, Bubur Lambok, Lontong Sayur Lodeh, Lamb Curry, Chicken Curry, etc.
Complementing these are live-cooking stalls, adopting the “Warung stations” concept at the terrace garden offering a mouthwatering array of Lemang Pulut, Ketupat Palas, and three types of Serunding, alongside irresistible treats like deep fried Cempedak, Apam Balik, Durian Cake, Bubur Kacang, Ais Batu Campur(ABC) and Pandan Mango Sticky Rice, ensuring an unforgettable culinary experience.
For those with diverse tastes, other stations including Cold Cuts, Chinese, Italian, and Western cuisines will also be in operation, offering a wide range of varieties. Among the must-try are Classical Moroccan Ratatouille, Roasted Potato, Chicken Stew with Sun-dried Tomato Cream Sauce, Smoked Duc, Stufato Misto di Pesce, Vegetable Baked Pasta, Chicken Roulade, Beef Pepperoni Pizza, Root in Nature Vegetable Pizza.
To conclude the evening on a sweet note, guests can visit the dessert pavilion whereby the talented pastry team have prepared mouthwatering desserts such as Salted Gula Melaka Cream Puff, Chocolate Brownies, Burnt Cheesecake, Coffee Chocolate Sable, Lompat Tikam, Fruit Tart, Cream Brulee, Durian Cake, Onde Onde Cake, Fruit Cake, Really Red Velvet Cake, Creme Caramel, Carrot Walnut Cake, Bread and Butter Pudding with Vanilla Sauce, Kulih Lapis, Kuih Karas, Chocolate Fountain, among others.
The Sajian Istimewa Buffet Dinner will be available from 12th March to 9th April, daily from 7.00pm to 10.00pm. Monday to Thursday with prices of RM250nett per person and RM290nett per person on Friday and Sunday.
