Quan’s Bazar Ramadan Cina Muslim promises to transport diners to the vibrant atmosphere of their favorite Ramadan bazaars, offering a culinary journey that resonates with a sense of familiarity and tradition. Key menu highlights include Roasted Whole Lamb with Mongolian Marination, Dry Chili Beef with Chinese Celery, Uyghur Beliq Shorpa (Fish with Minced Chicken), Deep Fried Eggplant with Salted Egg Yolk, Spicy Tofu Chicken with Black Fungus and Hot Chili Bean, and Nai Pak with Minced Chicken Sauce with Mushroom.
