We had the pleasure of trying the Premium set, enjoying dishes such as the Signature Prestige 10-head abalone Yee Sang with mango, classic double- boiled dried fish maw with maca root soup, steamed giant tiger grouper with crispy ginger flakes, braised sea cucumber with fish maw, sun-dried oyster, and black moss, and a delightful dessert of chilled lemongrass jelly with berries and snow skin banner. This is our first time having Chinese New Year dinner at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. Glad that their food is pretty good, especially the double- boiled dried fish maw with maca root soup.

Each dish we tried is beautifully crafted especially the Deep Fried Prawn with Salsa Mango Sauce – awesome! Keep up the good work!
