The menu includes from a taste of Southern Thai cuisine to Italian signatures, Japanese specialities, Asian delights; as well as the best of grill, reinvented to feature the best cuts alongside on other delectable dishes.
Fill your plate with hot food such as Fish Curry, Stir-Fried Clam with Hot Basil, Griiled Ayam Percik with Aromatic Coconut Sauce, Calamari Fritters, Kambing Masak Hitam (Braised Lamb Meat with Spices Black Sauce), Prawn Masala, Stir Fried Broccoli with Sambal and Shrimp Paste, Truffle Scented Cauliflower Cream Soup, Baked Mussel with Chimichurri Sauce, Roasted Beef with Rosemary Sauce, Seafood Au Gratin, Fried Sea Bass with Capers and Olive Butter Sauce, Roasted Marinated Leg of Lamb, Lightly Smoked Thyme and Lemon Roasted Whole Chicken.
Yáll must try the pizza at Shook! buffet, even Summerkid, who’s never a fan of pizza and will skip having pizza most of the time in a buffet, helped himself with more pizza after Summergirl asked him to try a bite. Crusty edge, chewy center with generous cheese toppings. There’s a choice Margherita Pizza, Fruitti De Mare Pizza, Quattro Stagioni Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza that night.
