103 Coffee at APW Bangsar – the 3rd shop for the award-winning coffee establishment in now brewing, pop-up style. Another great F&B addition to the already-happening APW space. In fact, every single cafe and restaurant here is awesome be it PULP, Bask Burnt Cheese Cake, Jus, Kaiju, Proof, Olivia Deli, Unwined, Waig.
Minimalism, sleek & bright interior with high ceiling, geometric tiles, adorned with lush green plants outdoor. Come by in the morning when the sunlight shines through the window, best for #chasinglight photography.
Different design compared to 103 Chow Kit and 103 Sri Petaling, but we still like it especially the mobile, multifunction wooden block stools in different sizes; and the way large mirrors are positioned behind the barista coffee counter, strategized to extend the space for a more roomy feel.
Living up to its concept, 103 Coffee Bangsar serves their beverage and food in takeaway packaging, beautifully designed in blood-orange theme.
Order from classic Espresso drinks like the house latte, flat white, americano – where you can choose to have APW Blend that is towards chocolaty, hazelnut; or Honduras El Roble that is on fruity side. For cold drinks, check out crowd-favourite 103 Coffee signature creative coffee drinks including Sunrise – Earl Grey Milk, Caramel, Espresso, Fresh Cream; Molly – White Peach, Osmanthus, Jasmine, Cold Brew; The Highland – Strawberry Cream, Elderflower, Cold Brew, Lemon Zest; Cola No Cola – Calamansi, Cinnamon, Lemongrass, Cold Brew Tonic; Honey Bear – Yuzu Honey, Oat Milk Foam, Cold Brew; Orchird – Mango, Strawberry, Yuzu, Kombucha, Cold Brew. Priced at RM18.90 each for Creative Coffee.
Another worthy part for 103 Coffee APW Bangsar is Soft Serve Affogato, made with OATSIDE Oat Milk, available in 3 flavours – classic, strawberry, chocolate. Didn’t order as we visited early in the morning, so had hot latte (RM15.90), flat white (RM14.90), and French Butter croissant (RM15.90) instead to kick start the day. Other than plain croissant, they also have ham & cheese croissant, apple strudel, pain au chocolat, pain au raisin, sausage roll; as well as viral spiral croissant in flavours including Strawberry, Black Forest Matcha. Pastry choices are limited but good, despite slightly pricey.
As usual, parking is a hassle in APW Bangsar. But we were lucky as we were there early, before 8AM.
