Highlights of the buffet include beef tenderloin Wellington, London broil with Chimichurri, Shrimp Scampi with Broccoli, BBQ beef Short Ribs, Lemon Pepper Cuttle Fish with Parsley Butter, Baked Navarin of Chicken, Gnocchi with Prawns and Asparagus Ragout, Salted Crust Whole Seabass, Herb Spiced Lamb, Rotisserie Chicken, Yorkshire Pudding, seafood on ice such as slipper lobster, mussels, scallops, shrimps, yabbies, flower crab and many more.
Visited in mid of January and wow, crowd is amazing. We had to queue for our food, but only for the first round. Second and remaining trips back to the buffet line are alright. Most dishes are replenished quickly. We would suggest to get a portion of Beef Wellington first before it ran ” out of stock”.
Highly recommend Signature Udang Beradab by Chef Mizan. It is actually a famous Pahang delicacy, widely known as Udang Masak di Raja, usually served in weddings and special occasions such as during the month of Ramadhan.
Sayur Campur Masak, Rendang Daging Cili Padi, Ikan Masak Halia, Mee Goreng Mamak, Nasi Goreng Ikan Masin, Chicken Satay, Beef Satay, Paneer Tikka, Tikka Masala Chicken, Woodland Mushroom, Chinese Fried Noodle with Prawns, Char Siu Beef, Deep Fried Eggplant, Chicken Herb infused Braised Chicken Drumstick, Steamed Red Snapper with Hong Kong Sauce, Ginger Chicken Soya Sauce further complete the buffet selections. Eat-all-you-can, but do not waste.
