Back to The Westin Kuala Lumpur for a 2D1N staycation! Service is still awesome as usual, and we tried out some new items from The Living Room’s buffet dinner and afternoon tea!
Have been really busy with daytime commitment recently, and yet to travel out from the country. So we decided to have a short staycation over the long weekend last week at The Westin Kuala Lumpur Hotel – for a “Play, Eat, Sleep, Work, Move and Feel Well” rejuvenating stay.

Breakfast buffet, The Living Room
Rise & Shine. Back to The Living Room for buffet breakfast. Summergirl is a person who loves hotel buffet breakfast, for no reason. So skipping is a big no no to her, especially in a reputable 5-star hotel. This is our first time trying out their breakfast buffet and wow, the spread here doesn’t disappoint. Plenty of choices, something for everyone. Filled our plate with sausages, hash brown, salad, chicken loaf, cheese tomato and make our very own hearty big breakfast. Added omelette, sunny side up, or scramble eggs – cooked upon order, at Egg Station.
The drinks corner is worth a mention. You can have freshly squeeze juices here – orange, watermelon, carrot + turmeric, celery + cucumber, as well as strawberry smoothie, bluebeery smoothie. Probably the busiest counter, as the staff is seen non-stop replenishing the juices. We help ourselves few rounds on this too. Soo good. Indian station is our favourite station too. Roti Canai, vadai, samosa, thosai, paratha are all delicious.
