Monet, LaLaport BBCC Bukit Bintang – a nice cafe that is worth dropping by be it for grab-and-go coffee, or for some tranquil moments with your cuppa at their al-fresco area.
While many of the shops at LaLaport Bukit Bintang are yet to open, we are already excited with few of the worthwhile F&B here, well ready to welcome the public, such as Monet Cafe, Matcha Eight, What’s on Tap KL and Kosa Coffee.
We came across Monet Coffee during our visit to Matcha Eight – the recently much-talked about dessert cafe that offers matcha, sencha and houjicha ice cream in different intensity, a total of 8 flavours. They use single origin tea powder imported from Wazuka Town in Kyoto Japan in order to ensure the best quality possible, as well as the authenticity. What’s more is, Matcha Eight has an exclusive partnership with Michelin-starred Master Chef Takuji Takahashi from Kyoto in creating this sweet treat.
Since both shops are located side by side, we dropped by for coffee takeaway. Small cafe in industrial -style design, high ceiling, thoughtfully designed with pleasing decoration. Logo is cute too! We really love the vibes here. If not because we still have errand to run on that day, we would definitely sit down and chill. Monet actually has another shop in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur.
