Begins with appetizer including fresh Tiger Prawn on Ice, Ikan Masin Pari, Kerabu Ulam Raja, Acar Jelatah, Potato and Sausage Salad, Kerabu Manga, Kerabu Taugeh Kerang, Coleslaw with Raisin, Ulam-ulaman paired with Sambal Budu, Acar Buah-buahan, Sambal Belacan, Sambal Tempoyak, Sambal Cincalok, Sambal Pauh.
Followed by flavourful, delicious hot food that are set to spice up your taste – Rendang Ayam Pedas, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak, Udang Sambal Petai, Pajeri Nenas Berempah, Kerang Rebus Air Asam, Daging Deng-Deng, Ikan Keli Masak Lemak, Bubur Lambuk Ayam, Soto Ayam with Condiment, Nasi Himpit, Serunding Daging, Serunding Ayam, Ketupat Palas, Lemang Pulut, Crispy Prawn Fritter with Vegetable…
….Minced Chicken with Holy Basil, Egg Foo Young, Thai Dish Three Flavours, Wok Fried Vegetable Oyster with Mushroom, Ayam Goreng Di, Butter Mixed Vegetable, Grill Chicken Wing, Iris Lamb Stew. Curry Laksa is also recommended. Soup is thick, spicy and flavourful, topped with egg, prawns, vegetables and crispy shallot. Remember to finish with a squeeze of lime for that extra zesty sensation that elevate the overall taste.
Kambing Golek and Daging Pangang Harimau Menangis are two of our top favorite in Contango buffet dinner this round. Juicy, tender slices of beef, served with your choice or mint sauce, rosemary sauce, asam dip.
Western counter features few selections of pizza and pasta, so you can indulge into Aglio-Olio Spaghetti, Cream Sauce Penne, Tomato Sauce Spaghetti, Beef Ragu Fettucinne, Margherita Pizza, Chicken Satay Pizza, Beef Pepperoni Pizza, Chicken Pizza.
Sashimi, California Roll, Salmon Nigiri, Chuka Wakame, Chuka Karage, Stir Fried Udon and Tamgo Mentaiko Nigiri for Japanese food. Love the Tamgo Mentaiko Nigiri – one of the signatures in Contango buffet, must-have!
