“White is the new black” is getting quite evident in interior for KL cafes, along with modern minimalist concept dominated by spaciousness and natural lighting.
Located at Centrio Pantai Hillpark, White Land Cafe celebrates aesthetic principles through white-wash walls, soft lighting, light wood furnishing with “less is more” decor idea, creating calm, soothing ambience for laid-back coffee session.
We were lucky to be seated next to the window, also favourite corner – Near to the counter with wooden countertops, neatly arranged coffee brewing equipment and essentials that come along. Slowly sip on our coffee while watching barista at work. Theraupeutic.
White RM13 hot, RM15 cold
The cafe takes pride in their filter coffee, serving carefully selected beans. For dessert, Tiramisu, Mable Loaf Cake, Rum & Raisin Loaf Cake, Lemon Cheese Cake and Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Tart were on the menu that day. Everything was selling fast. The last tiramisu was gone before it reached our turn to order. Hahaha. Went for Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Tart RM18 instead. Unexpectedly good! Rich, thick and chocolaty with subtle sea salt saltiness. Recommended.
Other food item on the menu include Golden Egg Sando, Apple Walnut Chicken Sandwich, Pancetta & Egg Bagel, Ham & Cheese Bagel, Brazilian Chicken Cubano, Brazilian Organic Tofu Cubano. We gave them a skip as our session was 4PM. Suggest to book a place at noon time and visit as lunch. These savoury sandwich are worth trying.
Will return for their light bites, and hope to join their coffee class in near future.
