Vietnamese Baguette, or Banh Mi, with Grilled Pork Chop RM16.90 – our usual favourite in a Vietnamse restaurant. Spring roll, a popular Vietnamese appetizer that needs no further introduction. An Viet’s version is authentic, having fresh tiger prawn, Vietnamese vermicelli, carrot, cucumber, homemade pickles and herbs wrapped in rice paper. Served with refreshing dipping sauce made using premium fish sauce.
The first time we had Bun Cha was in Hanoi few years back. Glad to find this Hanoian Style Grilled Pork with Vermicelli RM18.90 serves in An Viet Vietnamese Restaurant back in Malaysia. It is basically a combi of mini pork patties, homemade pickles and grilled pork belly slices in specially concocted sauce as main, vermicelli as carbs. To eat it, just dip the noodles in the sauce, let it soaks up the great flavours of the sauce. Enjoy with juicy, well-seasoned meat.
