Xin Cuisine, Concorde Hotel KL Ready-to-Heat frozen food – We will not say no to this.
This newly launched ready-to-heat frozen food is something we have been looking forward to, as we dine out less now, but we really miss delicacies from Xin Cuisine Restaurant. Selections are limited, but we are already quite happy to be able to enjoy some of them at home. Personally feels that this idea also bring convenience to those who are living a hectic lifestyles, yet hoping to savour quality, delicious meal without all the cooking hassle after a long, tiring day at work.

The series feature signature dishes that Xin Cuisine Concorde Hotel takes pride in, namely Signature Stewed Pork with Homemade Sauce 金牌虎皮肉 (400g) RM58, Stewed Duck with Honey Plum Sauce RM28 梅淋鸭, Hakka Fried Crispy Pork 客家炸酥肉 RM28. You”ll usually spend few hours to prepare them from scratch, but now, you can have it ready in just 20 minutes.
Pre-cooked and vacuum-packed, all you need to do is just keep these frozen food in the freezer after receiving your package. To re-heat, take it out and submerse in boiling water, wait for 20 minutes and you’ve got a beautiful dish served, ready for lunch or dinner.
Sampled all three and they are all good. We especially enjoy the Signature Stewed Pork with Homemade Sauce – juicy, fork-tender, so flavourful. Great with a bowl of white rice. Each portion is ideal for 2 pax. So if you are cooking all three in one go, it could probably feed 4 to 5 pax. Suggest to add-on a side of quick stir-fry vegetables and egg/ tofu dish on your own for a more satisfying, substantial meal.
