So excited to receive such a huge box of Foodie Pack! Everything is well-packed, with appetizers, main courses, desserts, snacks and drinks that is enough to cater 4 to 5 persons. You can have between the full Asian or Western set menu, or select items from each to make the perfect picnic. We opted for the latter, let’s see what we had.
For appetizer, we had Creole Potato Salad – A concoction of potato chunks tossed with onions and other condiments, so good even Summerkid’s young niece loves it.
For small bites and main course, we got Grilled Mexican Corn on the Cob, generous servings of Cajun Chicken Rice Casserole, Pulled Sesame Chicken Baos. Other delights that you can get from the menu includes Baked Japanese Sweet Potato with a tangy Lime-Wasabi dip, Indian-inspired Curried Butternut Squash casserole, Grilled Tandoori Vegetable Skewers, Mango Salad with Crispy Anchovies & Peanut, BBQ Chicken Skewers, etc..
Banana Trifle with Kaya Caramel served in a jar – layers of cream mousse, kaya, cakes and banana. Rich, creamy and sweet, just right to end the meal.
