Artisan sourdough bread takes the limelight here, freshly made from only flour, water and salt along with careful kneading, folding, fermentation and know-how techniques to achieve beautiful crispy-crackly caramelized dark brown crust with tender soft interior.

Need more accompaniments for your crusty sourdough? Smeared them with Gula Melaka, Jam, Hummus & Pistachio, Duck Rilettes, Chicken Liver Parfait, Butter & Ikura Roe, or add on half-boiled egg for a hearty breakfast.

Beverage list is simple – Coffee in black, white, or mocha. Earl Grey Tea, Maofeng Green Tea, Chamomile, Peppermint for Teas; Orange Juice, Chrysanthemum Kombuncha, Bluberry Acai Kombuncha and Chocolate for non-coffee choices.
