“There will be a mystery box sent to us, twice weekly, with the inside containing the freshest catch, air-flown from Japan. We will not know what are the varieties until we open up the box. It could be Kamasu, Kinmedai, Kurodai or maybe shellfish such as live scallops, and more. The content will decide sushi and sashimi that will be served to diners in our weekend buffet dinner.” When we heard about this, we know we have to give it a try.
