Koji Rubbed Sizzling Steaks is must-have, featuring beef steak marinated with Koji for 3 days. Koji, which is a type of yeast, will improve tenderness of the beef as it undergoes a process similar to dry aging.
The end result is a flavourful cut of meat locked with juiciness, pan-seared, served alongside with seasonal vegetables and mashed potato. The whole dish is made more noteworthy with sizzling moments – sizzles of special homemade sauce as it is dressed over the steak placed on hot cast iron plate. Get it at RM80 includes a cup of any type of coffee.

Plenty of crunchy texture from freshly deep fried item but not oily nor cloying at all. Better when you balance up the overall flavours with refreshing touch from pickled vegetables!
