Scarlet Baked Snow Skin Pandan and Salted Egg Bean Paste – Here comes the most special mooncake to us at Tao Chinese Cuisine InterContinental Kuala Lumpur. Our top pick and real good stuff. Normal snow skin mooncakes are non-baked, chewy on the skin but for this baked snow skin, it is creamy and rich that blends well with the texture of salted egg bean paste filling. Recommended.

Our favourite for the baked range? Shanghai Mooncake, because we like the skin that is crumbly, buttery, filled with lovely sweetness from lotus paste, contrasting by savoury touch of salted egg yolk.
