Partnering with Pretty On Plate, the cake specialist which has a physical cafe in Cheras Maluri (*Next to AEON), The Bowls is launching sweet & savoury Yee Sang platters that put together creative ingredients for a more interesting, plentiful Lou Sang! There are 3 types of Yee Sang platter to choose from, namely Japanese Fusion Salmon Yee Sang, Japanse Fusion Chashu Yee Sang and Designer Dessert Yee Sang. Each platter is price at RM88. Customers can also opt for Combo Set to receive cheaper price.
We sampled Japanese Fusion Chashu Yee Sang, and was quite satisfied with the good taste.
Various Japanese ingredients including Japanese chashu made from free range pork, Japanese seaweed ao-Tosaka nori, aka-Tosaka nori, wakame and chuka wakame, purple cabbage, radish,carrot, sweet corn, Japanese cucumber, and lemon, chuka kurage-Japanese seasoned jelly fish, ebiko, nuts, served with The Bowls house specialty wasabi wafu dressing and some sesame oil.
Creative Designer Yee Sang is also recommended, on the sweet side, like a fruity dessert Yee Sang because it is filled with chopped fresh fruits, cakes, chocolate and prosperity gold biscuits!
Look at the beautifully arranged sweet turnip, lychees, strawberries, pineapple cubes, dried cranberries/blackcurrants, mandarin oranes, carrots, pomegranates, pamelo, wwatercress, designer dessert Callebaut dark chocolate Calets/ Crispearls, passion fruit infused glass noodles, 54% dark choclate cake, salted caramel truffle balls, almond prosperity coins and roasted peanuts. Superb when tossed with their house specialty honey Yuzu sauce.Very refreshing.
These Pretty On Plate X The Bowls CNY Yee Sang is available at The Bowls Restaurant or can be ordered online at http://www.thebowls.asia/. Customers can choose to pick up from their shop or engage with UBER, GRAB and other suitable delivery services to get your Yee Sang sent over to your doorstop.
