On Christmas Eve, enjoy delightful buffet dinner at RM138nett per adult, RM69nett per child. Or, spend a quality Christmas Day lunch buffet at only RM112nett per adult, RM56nett per child (4-11 years old) with friends and families. Roasted turkey with dried fruit stuffing served with giblet gravy and orange-cranberry compote and Slow roasted bone in lamb leg with mint aioli, dijon mustard, rosemary jus and sweet potatoes are must-have, the centerpiece dishes that well-represent this occasion.
But of course, other items such as salad, appetizer, hot dishes, live cooking station and dessert bar are worth your attention too. Begin with salad, there will be 8 types of condiments, 5 types of dressing for healthy start. Followed by tummy warming soup of the day, such as Pumpkin Apple Bisque with Cheese and Hard Cheese, Hot and Sour Sze Chuan Soup with Seafood.
For appetizer, opens up the palate with Prawn Cocktail and Mango; Smoked Turkey Breast with Cranberry Jam and Pickles; Seared Beef with Wild Mushroom and Cherry Tomato Confit; Cured Salmon with Arugula, Quail Eggs and Pink Pepper Corn Cream; Spicy Minced Chicken with Mint Leave on Crispy Glass Noodles, just to name a few.

Cheese Salami Stuffed Chicken Roulade on Basil Tomato Concassee is one of our favourite, not an extraordinary unusual dish but we like how Four Points by Sheraton Puchong do it. Just nice, thin crispy layer, locked with flavours and juices of meat.
Other selections like Seared Salmon with Teriyaki Glaze and Scallion Salsa, Grilled Prawn on Fava Bean Ragout and Black Olive Vinarigrette, and Duck Confit on Balsamic Honey Reduction and Young Asparagus are great too!
