Elite Seafood Restaurant first MIGF menu doesn’t go far from fresh, premium seafood dishes, a selection that lives up to the background of group, which is one of the largest live seafood suppliers in Malaysia. A total of 6 dishes were prepared for this festival, putting together full festival menu (6 courses) at RM268nett per pax without wines, and light festival menu (5 course) at RM198nett per pax without wines.
Nourishing Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Whelk, Chinese Herbs & Star Fruit
星月螺頭惟山杞燉雞湯
The meal began with Elite Duo Combination, a platter that blends in fusion Western and Japanese by having Crispy Canadian Oyster in Trio Sauce, and Hokkaido Crab Leg Salad with Avocado. After the dim sum like appetizer, diners will be served with Doubled Boiled Chicken Soup with Whelk, Chinese Herbs and Star Fruit. Proves to be another dish that showcases creativity of Chef Kam in adding modern twist to classic favourite, where in this case – star fruit in Chinese soup.

Braised 4 head South African Abalone placed over crispy rice cracker, summing up to good contrasting texture of firm, chewy bite completed with crispiness in natural flavour. Polish clean the remaining sauce with rice crackers, so delicious!

Boston lobster baked with Foie Gras and Herbs, a complex flavours apart from original sweetness of lobster.
Yummy One Mouth Full Egg Noodle 懷舊香港上湯一口面
Yummy One Mouth Full Egg Noodle tastes as lovely as its name, but more than one mouthful. Egg noodle beautifully rolled up and served in spoon, dressed in a bed of flavourful gravy, crowned with prawn & meat filled wantan.
