Attic Brew Cafe – A new pet-friendly cafe in SS2 PJ, located next to Private Kitchen Restaurant, directly above A’ Perfectto Modern Cuisine, Petaling Jaya. Bring along your pet to have fun with the permanent resident here- charming Cyrus while enjoying outstanding coffee prepared from Indonesian blend.
It was an unplanned visit to Attic Brew. We just had our lunch at Chan Meng Kee Char Siew Egg Noodles and tapau-ed few Salted Egg Yolk Croissant from Bake Plan Bakery & Bread Shop, was planning to drop by at PS Tokyo for Matcha Softserve Ice Cream after that but couldn’t find a parking place. Had to head back home then but passed by Attic Brew. Thanks to some sunny day Sunday kind of good luck, we managed to get a parking lot few shops away from Attic Brew. LOL.
Quiet cafe, with Cyrus happily wagging his tail at the entrance to welcome us. He eyed on the bag of food we carried with us, following us with a hungry look. Guessed he had huge interest with the roasted chicken leg we take away from Chan Meng Kee huh? Hahaha.
Anyway, it is a great news that pet-friendly cafe is increasing in the neighbourhood of different areas in KL and PJ by now. Among some of the popular includes Desa Sri Hartamas Cubs & Cups, OUG The Hound, SS15 Coffee Cottage, TTDI Purradise and Pandan Indah S Garden Cafe. Attic Brew SS2 adds on the list, from December last year.
Being a dog friendly cafe, Attic Brew certainly gets its advantage for allowing diners to dine without having their beloved pets stayed out. Putting this asides, we were delightful that coffee here is great, as proved from our latte and cappuccino.
Currently, Attic Brew serves pork lasagna (comments said it is truly delicious), simple sandwiches (tuna, cheese & ham), croissant, waffles (honey butter waffle, waffle with ice cream), cakes (tiramisu, Sneakers pie, Balsamic Blueberry Cheesecake, etc.), ice cream and tea, beer, soft drinks and few cold drinks to complete the food and beverage menu. All reasonably priced with RM20.
Nice coffee. Pet friendly. Friendly service with loyal “guardian of the cafe”. Hope Attic Brew will launch more savoury food in near future.
