Abu Bakar will take you on a gourmet journey with a myriad of mouth-watering cuisines for your dining indulgence. 5 rotation menus featuring a repertoire of traditional favourites and home-recipes such as Kambing Panggan with Rosemary, BBQ and Mint Sauce, Daging Tulang Rawan Rendang, Ikan Asam Pedan, Sotong Goreng dengan Telur Masin, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Sayur Nangka Masak Lemak Cili padi, Ikan Bawal Hitam Sos Lada Hijau, Udang Berempah, Ketam Lemak Cili padi, Kacang Botol Belacan, Daging Goreng Kunyit, Ketam Masak Merah, Kurma telur, Ikan Maak Thai Cili dengan Daun Selasih, Ayam Panggang Percik and lots more await diners.
Apart from traditional Malay cuisine of over 60 sumptuous dishes ranging from appetizers, ulam-ulam & salads, main courses, carving stalls, noodle counter and desserts corner; don’t miss our chefs in action stalls.
