More dessert to look for as the town continues get swept away with new sweet treat outlets.
Jipangi, the famous Korean dessert has finally landed in Malaysia, opening its door to public last Monday at Sunway Pyramid, Bandar Sunway. It occupies a small kiosk located at the ground floor, beside The Loaf, near to Caring Pharmacy and Fitness Concept.
Ice-cream is the only food item on the menu, having soft-serve ice cream stuffed in corn cone, and the highlight goes to the cone appears in the shape of alphabet J, you can say it looks like a trumpet, a tongkat, a walking-stick, or just let your imagination flows and call it whatever you feel it looks like.
There are two flavours available- chocolate and vanilla at RM7 each, and a mix cost you RM9, all pumped into the two openings at the end of the corn stick. Bite through the extra thick, not exactly light & crispy cone to reach for cold, soft ice cream. The biscuit is so thick that we can barely get the taste of ice cream, just icy cold, and certainly not creamy.
Quality may not be the priority here, but just enjoy and treat it as a innovative, fun way to eat an ice-cream.
In conjuction with the opening, top up RM5 to get a drink- Americano, mocha, caramel latte by Three Bears Dutch Coffee.
