Autumn Jade is a must-try flavour introduced by Chef Lam, award winning Chynna’s Executive Chef. This brand new taste combines pandan and Parmesan cheese with mandarin orange infused chocolate soft centre, delivering an exciting infusion to the modern palate.
Heavenly Gold, the all time favourite durian mooncake is back by popular demand. Made using only fresh premium Musang King durian, the Heavenly Gold mooncake is so pure with blissful bites of durian filling, almost like eating real pulp of Musang King. We were told that only two Heavenly Gold mooncakes can be produced from one whole durian. So precious.
Apart from that, Blue Moon is also not to be missed. Blueberry Cheese Feuillantine is enveloped within Amaretto Lotus Paste, enticing the tastebud with more than just sweet sensation. Cheesy in the center, sticky sweet lotus paste followed by and balanced up in whole with chewy, baby blue skin.
