Our love to Gartien pineapple tart (小田佳園鳳梨酥) never fades, ever since we discovered this brand founded in Penang. Asides from purchasing their bloody delicious pineapple tart during normal days, we especially keen to order more during special occasions such as Chinese New Year and Mid Autumn Festival, as Gartien will come up unique packaging which is more than ideal as gift for friends and family.
For this year Mid-Autumn festival, Gartien comes up with yellow colour packaging, front printed with comic-base design for a colourful, chic and funky presentation. Each box consists of 10 pineapple cakes, packed individually in purple colour Japanese washi paper to preserve its freshness.
Every piece of pineapple cake is a blend of pure passion, baked using traditional methods with quality ingredients. Fresh pineapples are collected from nearby plantations weekly and painstakingly hand-cut into smaller pieces. These pineapple are then gently cooked for 12 hours, until they turn into luxurious golden brown. Next, wrap them into shortbread pastry made using pure butter, and baked to perfection.
With careful attention given in all process from beginning till end, the result is no doubt crumbly, buttery pastry encasing satisfying filling that comes with real pineapple bites. So fresh, eat without worries as no preservatives and artificial flavouring are used.

Gartien Pineapple Cake Mid-Autumn Festival Special Edition Promotion:
1. For order before 4th August 2014, every 5 boxes and above will be entitled to a box free.
2. For order after 4th August 2014 (subject to availability), every 10 boxes and above will be entitled to a box free.
3. One box of Gartien pineapple cake (10 pieces) is priced at RM45 (self-collect). Fixed courier charge of RM10 and RM40 will be imposed to all deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia respectively.
4. Each box is fixed throughout the year.
