Priced at RM148.00 per adult and RM74.00 per child, the buffet offers diners a wide selection of Malay, Chinese and Indian cuisines, inclusive of unlimited chilled juices, kedondong, barley, teh tarik and other local beverage.
Begin the meal with assorted kerabu, salads and appetizers including Rojak Buah, Tauhu Sumbat, Ulam-ulaman with Sambal Belacan, Acar Jelatah, Acar Buah, Kerabu Manga dengan Sotong, Kerabu Daging, Kerabu Udang, Kerabu Daun Selun, Tandoori Bharwan Aloo, Kachumbar Salad, Makai Salad, Chicken Salad Chinese Style, and Tofu Salad. Crackers such as keropok ikan, keropok udang, papadam, lijat, kerepek pisang and kerepek ubi also makes presence in the buffet.
Get a serving of Roasted Whole Lamb Percik Style to serve over a bed a fluffy, flavourful briyani rice; and pair them with famous Malay favourite- Sup Ekor, as well as Bubur Lambok.
Malay Hot selection brings diners Ayam Goreng Berempah Sri Hyatt, Ikan Merah Goreng Berlada, Telur Itik Masak Lemak dan Belimbing, Kepah Masak Lada Hitam, Sayur Lodeh Kering and Ayam Masak Ros.
Chinese Hot Selection is our favourite, satisfying the tastebud with Ayam Mayonnaise with Thai Sos, Ikan Tenggari Masak Tau Choo, Kailan with Ikan Masin, Mee Hoon Goreng and Soton with Oat.
Continue to pile the plate with Lamb Curry, Fish Amritsary, Chicken Tikka Masala, Vindi Do Pyaz, Dhall Tadka, Paneer Makhani and Nasi Briyani from the Indian Hot Selection. As usual, Summergirl drops a ladle of Paneer Makhani onto her place. This is her must have whenever it is available at the Indian counter in a buffet.
Choices are further extended at the outdoor section, offering a selection of Indian Bread, Rojak, Ayam Tandoori, Udang Tandoori, Kebabs, and Talapia Merah.

JP Teres Chicken Rice
One of the signature food from Chinese counter, featuring steamed chicken or roasted chicken with fragrant rice. The rice is exceptionally delicious, bursting with aroma.
