As end of June falls in, the holy month of Ramadhan starts. To celebrate the joy, happiness and blessings with friends and families, brigade of chefs from Kembali Kitchen, BEST WESTERN PREMIER Dua Sentral has prepared a wide spread of home-cooked delicacies to suit even the most discerning palates.
The team, which is leaf by Sous Chef Mohd Bahar Abdullah, work on over 150 dishes for the Ramadhan buffet with a total of five menu rotated daily, covering from appetizers, ulam-ulam & salads, soup, main courses and desserts.
Different varieties of kerabu including Kerabu Pucuk Paku, Kerabu Mangga Muda, Kerabu Nangka Muda, Kerabu Kacang Panjang dengan Sotong, Kerabu Kacang Botol, Kerabu Daging, Kerabu Udang dengan Mangga Muda, Kerabu Pucuk Ubi dengan Kelapa, Kerabu Jantung Pisang, Kerabu Taugeh dengan Kerang is available on rotation at the appetizer counter.
Local salad such as Tauhu Sumbat dengan Sos Cili, Gado-gado dengan Sos Kacang, Rojak Buah-Buahan dengan Kuah Rojak, Rojak Pasembur Penang dengan Kuah Kacang, Pecal Jawa Sayur-Sayuran dengan Kuah Kacang, Otak-otak Ikan, Rojak Singapore dengan Sos Kacang, Jelatah Timun dengan Nenas, Sambal Kacang dengan Ikan Bilis Goreng Kering, Telur Masim, Ikan Masin dengan Bawang continue to open up your appetite.
Moving on to the Noodle Station, daily choice of Mee Rebus, Mee Kari, Mee Jawa, Mee Bandung, Mee Hailam, Laksa Johor, Laksa Kedah and Laksam Kelantan is available. Summergirl tried out the Laksa, and claimed that the soup falls on mild, less spicy side.
Chinese fares occupies a small section in the buffet line, featuring Sze Chuan Tofu and Stir Fried Vegetables Chinese Style; Wok-Fried Egg Fu Yong and Baby Kailan with Oyster Sauce; Braised Chinese Mushroom and Fungi Abalone with Hong Kong Green and Sayur Peria Goreng dengan Udang Kering;Wok-Fried Chinese Vegetables with Oyster Sauce; Chinese Fried Mixed Vegetables on different days.
Indian corners focus on Indian staple food- Chapati with Lamb Keema, Channa Masala, and Vegetable Kadhai. On other days, Romali Roti with Butter Chicken, Vegetable Dhall and Lamb Masala; Aloo Pratha with Fry Chicken, Dhall Curry and Muglai Lamb may come in sight.
For main dishes, pile your plate with Daging Tulang Rawan Asam Pedas, Ayam Panggang Percik, Daging Masak Merah, Ayam Goreng Berempah,Paru Goreng Berlada, Ayam Masak Merah,Daging Masak Paprik; Ayam Gulai Kentang, Daging Hitam Manis, or Kari Ayam Kering.
For seafood, the rotation menu sum up Kari Sotong, Udang Goreng Kunyit, Ikan Assam Pedas,Udang Masak Kalio, Kari Ikan dengan Bendi,Ikan Bawal Hitam Sos Lada Hitam, Udang Goreng Berempah, Ketam Masak Tomato,Udang Masak Jintan Mania, and Sotong Goreng Rangup, just to name a few. So, pray hard you favourite seafood will appear in the buffet line on your visit.
Enjoy Nasi Briyani,Nasi Kunyit, Nasi Goreng Kampung, Nasi Minyak Bergajus, and Nasi Tomato Kacang Peas if you prefer your rice comes in more flavourful way. But of course, white rice is available too, allowing you to ladle great, flavour loaded gravy onto it.
Dessert is sectioned int local and international, so the dessert corner will welcome you not only with Marble Cheese Cake, Carrot Cake, Flourless Cake, Swiss Tart, Fruit Tartets, Caramel Cream Puff, Caramel Mousse in Cup, Cappucino Mousse, Dark Sweet Cherry Tart, Macadamia Tiramisu…
But also kuih-muih such as Kuih Sepit, Kuih Bahulu, Kuih Makmur,Tempeyek Kacang Tanah, Kuih Bangkit,Tapai Pulut, Dates and Dodol. So, do leaves some stomach space to try on the alluring choices of dessert.
Besides offering assortment of tantalizing delicacies, the feast boasts live ‘ghazal’ performance by Arawsa Band.
The buffet for Kembali kitchen Best Western Premier starts from 1st July till 25th July, priced at RM98++ per adult, RM58++ for senior citizen and RM39++ for children below 120cm, and children below 80% can eat for free.
