 For this Western occasion is always celebrated with Western dinner, why not have a twist by  enjoying this year Valentine romantic evening with sumptuous four course Chinese set menu freshly prepared onboard amid the glittering chandeliers and stylish surrounds of the restaurant, priced at RM188++ per couple inclusive of 2 glasses sparkling wine/ squeezed fruit juice plus a stalk of rose for the ladies.

Start off the dinne with Emperor Appetizers Four Seafood Combination, which combines four types of seafood cooked in various flavours- Chilled Smoked Salmon with Apple Sauce (冻三文鱼蘋果酱), Deep-Fried Fresh Soft Crab with Spice Powder (椒盐焗軟殼蟹), Stir-Fried Scallop with Capsicum & Topped Dry Scallop (大椒炒鲜带子) and the Wok-Fried Peeled Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk and Japan Seaweed (咸旦虾球).

Continue on with Double-Boiled Phoenix Consommé with Fish Maw and Wild Bamboo Pith (清湯竹笙炖花膠), nourishing and healthy.

 For main course, tantalize your taste bud with baked Fresh Water Prawn with Homemade Mayonnaise and Golden Garlic Combine with Stir-Fried Crystal Noodle with Chicken Shredded and Ordinary Extra Sauce (蒜茸焗大生虾拼香炒水晶面).

 Lastly, end the meal with this unique dessert which brings in the goodness of Chinese herbs and avocado- Chilled Avocado Puree Cream with Royal Black Jelly and Topped Vanilla Ice Cream ( 牛油果露拼雪糕龟灵膏)
