Father’s Day is just around the corner, and if you are still cracking your head thinking where to bring your dad to, Terazza Brasserie Father’s Day buffet could be your choice. Located in Grand Dorsett Hotel Subang Jaya, Terazza Brasserie serves an extensive buffet line from local and international cuisine during this coming Father’s Day, to spoil your daddy with quality food in a clean, cozy atmosphere. 

Grilled Chicken Breast with Tomato Salad

Fill the plate with some healthy options from the appetizer corner, such as grilled chicken breast garnished with the tangy and salsa-like tomato salad.

Spicy Prawn with Glass Noodle

Tossed with chicken bits, onions and chilli, the glass noodles is springy with a light spiciness, taste better with the succulent prawns nestled on top.

Avocado and Orange Salad

The appetizer section move on with the Avocado and Orange Salad, where the nacho is eaten with the avocado sauce and orange in one go. A pretty interesting taste.

Stuffed Potato Skin with Minced Chicken

The minced chicken stuffing is soft and moist, just nice with the crispy baked potato skin, indeed a simple dish that turns the humble potato into finger licking good stuff. 

Stuffed Scottish Eggs

Hard boiled egg shielded with breaded crumbs and deep fried, then flavored up with a touch of tomato sauce.

Satay

Perfectly grilled into nice colour, the satay taste as good as it look. Regardless of beef or chicken version, the satay is tasty enough by eating alone, no spicy peanut sauce is needed, though it is provided in the buffet line.

Fresh from the grill, the chicken kebab is juicy, tender and aromatic with spices. Finishing a whole stick is never too much!

Signature Bread Butter Pudding

Soft and warm, the bread butter pudding scores in the dessert line. You can add in fresh cream and milk which is provided alongside with the pudding.  

Moist Chocolate Tartlet

Cute and petite chocolate tart landed with chocolate fillings. Creamy, chocolaty but not too sweet, this tart is certainly the choice for daddys who have a sweet tooth but want to keep an eye on their sugar level.
