We especially love their Braised White Cabbage with Fish Maw in Golden Broth. It may look plain and not-so-photogenic when arrived on table but don’t judge, it is so delicious! Braised till soft cabbage and fish maw with chewiness, all greatly soaked up with moist and flavours from the golden broth made using pumpkin. Must order!

Other recommended choices include Braised Sea Cucumber with Golden Garlic & Leeks, Wok Fried Chicken & Abalone with Fresh Ginger served in Claypot and Steamed Omega Rich Garoupa Fish with Preserved Vegetables in Soya Sauce.
