Chatz Brasserie’s Ramadhan Special of Ayam Percik Iftar is a dish that should not be missed as the juicy Ayam Percik is roasted with spices and sauces that are prepared by the chefs. Marination is done a day earlier to allow the chicken sufficient time to absorb the ingredients. Other Malaysian and international dishes include Chicken Rice, Fried Lobak, Keropok Lekor, Dim Sum, Char Kway Teow, Baked Oyster, Seafood Thermidor and Seafood Foo Yong Egg.
