On Christmas day, Serena Brasserie brings in extravagance with Sparkling Christmas Brunch Buffet from 12PM to 3PM, priced at RM268 per person. Seafood Christmas Buffet Dinner continues the joy of this festive season with promising spread of seafood delights, only at RM198nett. Both buffets are complemented with free flow of juices at RM30nett surplus, RM150nett additional charges for wines inclusive of Italian white wine Prosseco and beers.
New Year:
A day before the New Year, Serena Brasseie offers New Year Eve buffet dinner at RM248nett per person, inclusive of free flow soft drink and juices. At RM428nett per person, the dinner encompassing a free flow of wine, beer and Prosseco wines. Exclusively for the night, diners will acquire complimentary entry to IVIV(OneSixFive) Lounge & Bar to revel in the New Year countdown, with a bottle of One Fo(u)r by Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte for guests opting to cheers to the buffer drinks package of RM428nett.

Japanese Chef Tadashi Inose amassing his four decades of culinary experience in this merry month by churning out Norwegian Salmon Saikyou Miso Yaki and Mashed Potatoes, Chargrilled Lamb Rack Japanese Umami Eggplant and Burdock, Seasonal Blue Fin Tuna and Sea Bream Sashimi, just to name a few.
Boxing Day High Tea and Dinner Buffet are both noteworthy to wrap up the festival, available on 26th December at RM98nett per person for high tea, RM150nett per person for dinner. Dishes in Tao Chinese Cuisine Intercontinental KL never fails to impress, hence the Deluxe 6-course Christmas Set Menu is certainly promising, at RM188nett per person, available from 24th Dec till 26th Dec 2015. During our review of the Christmas Set, we tried out Smoked Lamb Cutlet that tasted really mind-blowing. Best for diners who look for a lamb dish with minimal gamey smell, graciously coated with sticky sweet, flavourful Chinese sauce that is akin to our Char Siew. Oooo-SOo-Good.

Gratinated Cheese Hokkaido Scallop, Red Prawn Oil, Coriander Mango Salsa
Executive Chef of Tao, Chef Wong assembles 6-course fine dining from 31st Dec 2015 – 1st January 2016, at RM188nett per person. Another highlight prepared by the Red Majesty Chef will be New Year Seafood Set Menu, where diners can feast on Chilled North Canada Lobster Claw Meat Salad with Fresh Ginger Dressing, Double Boiled Abalone & Sea Treasure with Cordyseps Flower Tea Pot Soup, Steamed Bird Next Prawn Dumpling in Golden Broth, Gratinated Hakkaido Scallop with Red Prawn Oil and Corriander Mango Salsa, Wok Fried Rice with Japanese Unagi, Golden Garlic and Pickled Raddish. Wrap the meal with Red Date Coconut Milk Mousse with Honey Wolfberry Dressing as dessert.
