LINK All Day Dining culinary team delicately prepares a Starry Arabian Nights themed buffet dinner with an extensive of traditional Arabian and Malay cuisine. Arabian cuisine is one of the flavorful and aromatic and uses such as cumin, nutmeg, turmeric and caraway to achieve strong flavor that are unique to the cooking of the region. On the menu, there will be array of delicious Arabian dishes that will be served over the period of the togetherness. Some of the highlights are Shish Tawook is the traditional shish kebab of Middle Eastern cuisine, whole Baby Lamb with Arabian marination, Sharwarma is a Levantine Arab meat preparation, where beef are placed on a spit – one of the most popular street food in the Middle East, Spicy Marinated Sea Bass Fillet is the heavenly and tasty dish of coast southern Mediterranean, Lamb Kofta, various rice preparations, and much more to complement the culinary experience. Another not-to-be missed delicacy is the fresh durian especially sourced from local farm – a popular dessert among the local Asian patrons.
