Indulge in an opulent buffet of Christmas favourites, mouth-watering rotisseries, Western, Asian and local delights, then end with fine, divine desserts. Festive buffet at Vasco’s is priced at RM128++ per person from 1st Dec till 31st Dec 2014 (*excluding 24th and 25th December 2014), RM168++ per person for Christmas Eve Dinner, RM168++ per person for Christmas Day Brunch, RM168++ per person for Christmas Day Dinner.
For Beverage Package, add RM30++ per person for free flow of soft drinks, RM150++ per person for free flow of wine/beer, RM250++ per person for free flow of champagne. Window seating is available at supplement of RM20++ per person.
Begin the meal with Gourmet Christmas Salad, where Green & White Asparagus Salad
and Truffle Mayonnaise Heirloom Tomatoes Salad with Shallot & Extra Virgin Olive Oil are the two highlights from chef.
Spoil yourself with Symphony of Seafood ranges from Poached Tiger Prawn, Freshly Shucked Pacific Oysters, Pink Scallop in Shell delivered from the Sea of Borneo, Crayfish, Poached Black Mussels and Manila Clam. Oyster is the must-try, one of the freshest we have tasted.
For the Rotisserie section, Vasco’s recommends Honey-glazed Spice Brinned Roast Turkey Chestnut Stuffing, Honey Roasted Potato, Butternut Squash, Brussels Sprout Cranberries and Giblet Sauce. Yorkshire Pudding is worth checking out too.
Not many buffet spread serves delicious pizza, but Vasco’s at Hilton KL does. With a fresh made pizza base and generously topped with different topping selections. Our favourite goes to slow roasted turkey, cranberry, brie, and avocado pizza, putting together sweet and savoury flavours over a dense, chewy pizza.
Sashimi & Sushi Counter
Pile your plates with main courses that span from Chinese, Japanese, Malay, Indian and Western choices. Everything seems promising, among the must-have are Oven Baked Slipper Lobster Spinach and Cheesy Mornay Asian Spice Marinated Black Cod Squink Ink with Mongolian Sauce.
Summergirl loves the squick ink spaghetti prepared to al-dente, tossed with Mongolian Sauce which delivers a salsa-like, tangy touch.
Save room for dessert. Mini Stollen, SOft Centered Chocolate Cake, Cheese Cake Log, Chocolate Log and more are waiting for you at the sweet treat counter.
