We believe Hugo’s On 6 is prides for their Seafood Paella, as diners are greeted with an extra huge portion of the dish in the evening. Not too bad, the rice is creamy soft, plumped with sweetness of seafood infused to the grain.
Satay is good, juicy, and tender with a coating of sweet sensation. Shower them with rich, peanuty sauce for extra flavours.
The buffet line further extends with delicious grilled items, which is also highlights. Salmon, chicken wings, sausages, grilled beef and more, lightly rubbed with spices and put to grill.
End the meal with adorable cakes and tarts. Not extensive though but the chocolate, strawberry and corn ice cream with condiments like chocolate sauce and chocolate chips help to cover the let down.
